• Our shoes come with 8 months repair guarantee
• There is no REFUND Policy, Items can only be exchanged.
• We provide free size exchanges in case the shoes did not fit properly.
• Item must be exchanged within 5 days of date of purchase with the original invoice / receipt and used.
• If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team. Call us on +92 - 322 111 5678 as soon as possible with your order number. 
• The exchanged items must be in original/saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
• In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 5 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction if the item is unused.
• Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
• Note: If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice. The item will not be exchanged if there are scratches, cuts, dents on leather or worn, but will be repaired if possible and the claim has to be notified within 3 days of receiving the item.
