At Marc and Jason London, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Marc and Jason London does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are considered final.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in new condition.

• The item must be returned to us within 3 days of receiving the order.

• The original invoice or online purchase receipt must be provided.

• Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • The customer wishes to exchange the article for a different design or color.

  • The size of the product does not fit properly.

Please note that courier charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Marc and Jason London will not be held liable for any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.

3. Faulty or Defective Items

• Products are eligible for exchange only if a manufacturing defect is identified.

• The item must remain unused and unworn for the claim to be considered.

• To file a claim for a faulty product, customers must contact our Whats app helpline at 0322-1115678 within 3 days of receiving the product. The claim must contain pictures of defect displaying clearly.

• Claims submitted after the 3-day period will not be entertained.

4. Additional Terms

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

• Any product returned without prior notification or approval will not be accepted.

• Marc and Jason London reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned item before approving an exchange request.

• The brand reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned item does not meet the above-stated conditions.
