A street address is required for all deliveries.

Local shipping can take 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Pakistan (Note these are estimated times but can vary)

Custom Shoe Size & Design Terms

• Handmade Construction
  All custom shoes are individually handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our production, precise measurements and customer feedback are essential to achieve the correct fit and comfort.

• Mandatory Fitting Trial
  For all custom-size orders, a fitting trial is compulsory.

  • The trial allows us to assess the fit, shape, and comfort based on your foot measurements.

  • This step is required because handmade lasting may differ slightly from standard machine-lasting processes.

• Fitting Trial Process

  • A prototype or trial pair will be prepared for your fitting session.

  • During the trial, adjustments related to size, width, shape, and comfort will be noted.

  • Only after your approval of the fitting will the final pair be crafted.

• Adjustments After Trial

  • Any modifications required based on the fitting trial will be incorporated into the final handmade pair.

  • Once the final design and fit are approved during the trial stage, no major structural changes can be requested later.

• Production Timeline
  The production timeline for custom shoes begins after the fitting trial is completed and approved. Delivery time may vary depending on complexity and craftsmanship requirements.

• Non-Refundable Custom Order
  Custom size and custom design orders are non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your measurements and preferences.

• Customer Responsibility

  • The customer agrees to attend the scheduled fitting trial.

  • Any delay in attending the trial may extend the delivery timeline.

  • Accurate feedback during the fitting session is essential to ensure proper results.

• Final Comfort & Fit
  While every effort is made to achieve perfect comfort, handmade shoes may require a short break-in period depending on the materials used. Adjustments beyond minor tweaks may not be possible after final production.
